Kashmir, not cricket, tops Pervez’s agenda

Islamabad, April 9
There is more to watching cricket than what is said to be on the cards during Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf’s three-day visit to New Delhi from April 16.

Originally billed as a visit to watch the last one-day match in New Delhi on April 18, General Musharraf has said that the main purpose of his visit was to use the opportunity for talks on Kashmir.

The cricket match will not have that much importance, as a dialogue on Kashmir,” said the General, while addressing a students’ convention at the Jinnah Convention Centre at Islamabad today. — ANI
