Joint Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Karnal Singh said Mohammad Iftekhar Ahsan Mallick (21), who hails from Bihar, and a student at the Dolphin Institute of Bio-Medical and Natural Sciences, Dehra Dun, was picked up from Prem Nagar for his close contacts with the slain militants.
