Tribune News Service and PTI

Hardwar, November 6
The BJP has assured the RSS that it will return to its Hindutva ideology and the latter will “wait and watch” how the saffron party fulfils its promise in the coming days, Sangh general secretary Mohan Bhagwat said here today.

Mr Bhagwat was addressing a press conference towards the end of the two-day RSS National Executive attended among others by BJP President L.K. Advani. He denied any conflict between the BJP and the VHP.

Ending the VHP’s boycott of the RSS National Executive meeting here, its top leaders Ashok Singhal and Praveen Togadia today attended the meeting soon after former BJP President Venkaiah Naidu left the venue.
