Allow Hindu pilgrims to visit PoK, says panel

New Delhi, January 16
The National Commission for Minorities has approached the Ministry of External Affairs to allow Kashmiri Hindus to go for pilgrimage to the Sharda temple situated in Shardi village in the Kishanganga valley of Pakistan occupied Kashmir.

NCM chief Tarlochan Singh has requested External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha to take up matter with the Pakistan Government as the relations between the two countries had improved and there was likelihood of bus service starting between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad.
