Daler MehndiPop star seeks anticipatory bail
Patiala, October 9
The human trafficking case involving Daler Mehndi and his brother has been transferred back to the Patiala Police. Patiala Zone Inspector-General of Police Shashi Kant had transferred the case to the Sangrur Police yesterday.
According to sources a direction in this regard was given by the Director-General of Police, Dr A.A. Siddiqui.

13 Bakery case accused get bail
Vadodara, October 9
Thirteen of the 21 accused acquitted in the Best Bakery massacre case by a fast-track court were re-arrested here today after the Gujarat High Court issued bailable warrants against them last week and released on bail, official sources said.

Mr Sukhbir Singh Badal, son of former Punjab Chief Minister, Parkash Singh Badal, will have to face the Vigilance Bureau again as his questioning, which lasted over four hours today, remained inconclusive.
