Raid on Badal’s house

Chandigarh, June 28
Punjab Vigilance Bureau sleuths today raided the residence of former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal here in connection with the disproportionate assets case registered against him and seven others, including his wife and son.

Armed with a search warrant, a 15-member Vigilance team raided his private residence in the city, official sources said.

A Kharar court had yesterday issued search warrants for 16 properties of the family in Punjab, Delhi and Haryana. PTI
