Salman denies Vivek’s charges

Mumbai, April 2
Actor Salman Khan has slammed Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi for making wild allegations against him.

The 38-year-old actor, reacting to Vivek’s outburst at a press conference at his Juhu residence last evening, denied he had called up Vivek 41 times on the mobile and threatened him.

“I never called him up on his cellphone and this can be checked up with BPL,” Salman said.

Sources close to the actor said Salman laughed away Vivek’s outburst against him, including having affairs with a number of top actresses.

Salman left for London this morning for shooting of B. R. Chopra’s “Baghban”. He is expected to return to the metropolis on April 9, sources said, adding that he would then give a detailed reply to the allegations levelled against him by Vivek.

Aishwarya Rai, who is shooting in Nasik for Raj Kumar Santoshi’s “Khaki”, meanwhile, refused to comment on reported comments by Vivek that she had received abusive messages on her cellphone. PTI
