Seshadri out of RSS executive

Nagpur, March 9
RSS general secretary Mohan Bhagwat today made major changes in the new executive committee of the sangh, easing out and demoting ageing H.V. Seshadri and Suresh Ketkar.

Mr Bhagwat, who was elected RSS general secretary for the second successive three-year term, inducted Mr Suresh Soni and Mr Suresh Joshi as new joint secretaries in place of Mr Seshadri and Mr Ketkar and retained Mr Madan Das Devi as the third joint secretary. Mr Seshadri, who laid down the office of general secretary three years ago and worked as joint secretary, was demoted to the post of All-India Pracharak Pramukh. PTI
