Ahmedabad burns again: 7 dead
Ahmedabad, May 5
Seven persons were killed and 50 others injured today in the fresh violence that erupted after those returning to their houses in the Behrampur area of Ahmedabad city from relief camps were blocked by their neighbours.

Jawan, 3 Pak intruders killed

Seven militants, three of them Pakistani intruders, and a jawan were among 11 persons killed in separate incidents in Jammu and Kashmir since last night, a police spokesman said.

Lawyers to meet today on charges against judges

The general house of the Bar Association of the Punjab and Haryana High Court will meet here tomorrow at 12.45 pm. The meeting has been convened by the executive on a requisition submitted by 414 lawyers to discuss allegations against certain judges in the Punjab Public Service Commission recruitment scandal.
