7 villagers massacred

Three killed in Rajouri blast
Jammu, April 8
Seven civilians belonging to a particular community were massacred and 10 others wounded when a group of militants, equipped with sophisticated weapons, fired indiscriminately on the hamlet, Dhandli, in the Arnas area of Udhampur district late last night.

In sharp contrast to the raking up of Indo-Pak issue at the SAARC fora in Kathmandu and later here, Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf today refrained from raising bilateral issues at the group’s ministerial meeting, urging the member countries to launch a war against poverty.
