Pak receives 40
Chinese planes Islamabad, January 10 The first consignment of 10 F-7PG fighter aircraft was delivered to Pakistan in December and the rest would be delivered this year, a senior defence official said. “The delivery of the planes and the deal itself have no connection at all with the current crisis between India and Pakistan. It was a deal which was made early last year,” the official said. Pakistani officials have denied local press reports that China has supplied new defence equipment to Pakistan to bolster its capability in the current stand-off with India.
