Caught off-guard

IT was an ordeal the like of which has not been seen by the country before. And one hopes it would never experience again. Ever since the Indian Airlines IC-814 Kathmandu-Delhi flight was diverted by air pirates on December 24, the nation was hooked on to the crisis that ended, eight days later, on December 31.
