Indo-Pak talks on Kashmir from Oct 15
NEW DELHI, Oct 6 — An Indo-Pak composite dialogue will be held in New Delhi from November 5 to 13. "In the context of the resumption of their official dialogue, India and Pakistan had agreed last month that talks ... will be held in the first half of November," a Ministry of External Affairs press release said today.
